EWP Group, LLC was founded by Elmer W. Pittman Jr., CPE in 2013. EWP Group, LLC is dedicated to providing the highest level of Quality Construction Estimating and Consulting Services to our customers.

Elmer W. Pittman Jr., CPE, LEED has over 30 years of mechanical experience including residential, commercial, and service as a project superintendent/foreman, and estimator/designer. Elmer holds the following license and certifications: Journeyman plumber City of Cincinnati, Ohio, Journeyman plumber City of Middletown, Ohio, State of Ohio Plumbing Contractors License (Master Plumber),​ Sprinkler and Standpipe Certification State of Ohio, OSHA 30 hour card, Certified Professional Estimator Division 22 Plumbing, Certified Professional Estimator Division 23 Sheet Metal, Member of American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), Member of American Association of Cost Engineering AACE International, and The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning ASHRAE.
